About EBM Construction LLC

EBM is a Delaware County based construction company that is fully licensed and insured, that specializes in both residential and commercial renovations. With a recent contract with Wesley Enhanced Living, in Media, Upper Moreland, and Doylestown has consumed most of their time. The company also had contracts with Meadowood Senior Living in Skippack and Fredrick Living Senior Community. Within these contracts the company had full responsibility for apartment renovations that included demolition, framing, blueprint interpretation, electrical work, plumbing, dry wall, and kitchen and bath installations. EBM also made ADA capabilities for many residents. The work also included outdoor work including moving/installing windows, sliding glass doors, fixing siding, and structural modifications.

The CEO, Edward McDevitt, had to work closely with the residents, with the residents of the community, and those employed by the communities to make decisions on options for the apartments. The residential work that EBM has completed varies from complete renovation of a house to installation of a deck, new floor planning and install, and install plumbing in new construction homes. Owner Ed McDevitt of EBM Construction LLC is professional, honest, and is true to his word. He shows up when he says he will, and is a perfectionist when it comes to his work.
